One of my absolute favorite things. If I could eat guacamole all the time I totally would. LOVE IT. This recipe is made off my knowledge of Rosa Mexicano guacamole. I'd had it enough times in DC and watched them prepare it that I was pretty sure I could recreate it myself. And sources (Jon) say it's delicious and I have to agree!
