One of Jon's new favorite things. :) As I've been adapting my eating habits for summer training I've been cooking separate meals to keep the hubs happy. He loves tuna and mushrooms- two things I'm not particularly fond of so when we're not eating the same meal I like to make him something tasty. And he loves this tuna casserole.
The recipe came from SkinnyTaste and only has around 300 calories a serving. Now I'm pretty sure Jon eats two servings every time but that's probably what he needs to keep from starving!!
