October 12, 2019 - Winston-Salem, NC
There are SO many fall festivals/pumpkin farms in the triad that we had a lot to choose from for this year's pumpkin patch adventure. The twins are still pretty young to do anything really at these places so I was so excited to find a free pumpkin farm over in Winston-Salem. (A Oiselle friend from the area clued me in and I'm so glad!).
Hawk's Pumpkin Patch was perfect for us. It was free! You were able to walk around the pumpkins, pick out which one you'd like and pay on the way out. They also had various kinds of flowers, as well as, apples and some decor and treats. The twins absolutely loved it. The ran around and around the pumpkins, not wanting to stop, (or have their picture taken)
There were also little wagons and a tractor that they were particularly interested in. Especially when Jon pulled them around and around. We had a blast and were in and out in under an hour... and did I mention FREE? So great. Thanks Hawk's- we will be back!
